All services are subject to project-specific contracts and estimates. Timelines, deliverables, and pricing are detailed in individual agreements and may vary depending on the scope of work.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients must ensure:

  • Access to the property is granted as scheduled.

  • All necessary permits (if applicable) are obtained unless otherwise agreed.

  • Full disclosure of property details that may affect project execution.

Failure to comply may result in project delays or additional charges.

3. Payment Terms

Payment schedules will be outlined in the service agreement. SH Exterior Living accepts payments via check, credit card, or other agreed-upon methods. Late payments may incur fees or service interruptions.

4. Changes & Cancellations

Clients may request changes to services in writing. Changes may affect timelines and pricing. Cancellations must be submitted at least 7 days prior to the scheduled service start date to avoid a cancellation fee.

5. Warranty & Liability

We stand by the quality of our craftsmanship. Certain services may include limited warranties, which will be provided in writing. SH Exterior Living is not liable for:

  • Damage caused by natural disasters, third-party work, or client misuse.

  • Delays due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including designs, logos, and text, is owned by SH Exterior Living. You may not reuse or reproduce it without written permission.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which SH Exterior Living operates. Disputes will be handled through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction.
